Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day. During sales or high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timelines. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote pincodes may take longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges. Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, additional COD charges may be levied and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Serviceable Areas. We currently ship across India, subject to pincode serviceability confirmed at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email, and can also track your order from your account.

6. Courier Partners & Dispatch. Orders are shipped through reputed third-party logistics partners, assigned based on serviceability, and are dispatched from our fulfilment centre at WH-16, K Square Industrial and Warehousing Park, National Highway 160, Tal. Bhiwandi, Mumbai–Nasik Highway, Padagha, Thane, Maharashtra – 421101.

7. Multiple Shipments. Orders with multiple items may occasionally be delivered in separate shipments at no extra cost.

8. Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect/incomplete addresses, unavailability of the recipient, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate.

9. Failed/Undelivered Orders. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply) or a refund as per our Refund Policy.
